Villa Policies

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. Full payment is due by
  • Final payment due 60 days prior to arrival
  • Rates are per night in US dollars for full villa and subject to change without notice.
  • Additional 13% government tax and 10% villa service charge.
  • Villa availability is subject to change without notice and minimum number of nights requirement.
  • Payment by wire/ACH is preferred. MasterCard/VISA credit card, or PayPal can be used for additional fee.
  • Optional services such as our chef, grocery/wine stocking or wedding/event services, may require additional fees.
  • No pets, contact us with questions.
  • A full refund less 10% administrative fee can be given 120 days before your reservation. If you need to cancel for any reason after receipt of your reservation and it is less than 120 days before your reservation, your rental fees cannot be refunded, unless the vacation rental is re-rented for the same time period. If the vacation rental is re-rented, you will receive the monies paid less an administrative fee of 30% of rental rate.

Anguilla is a fantastic island in all aspects. The house had everything you would look for in a vacation rental. The service from the start was impeccable and having access to the concierge services was very helpful. They helped book activities, reservations and can even pre-stock items upon arrival. Having daily cleaning and chefs at house made for a relaxing and stress free week for our 2 families with teenagers. Each bedroom has the most stunning views of the Caribbean and are all equal! The kids were so spoiled:). The layout and location of the property were very well designed. Pool and patio areas were a true highlight and kids loved the outdoor ping pong and cornhole. Hope to be back in the near future!

Loved this house, loved the view, and loved the island! Property is exactly as described and is very accurately represented. We took our four children and our foreign exchange student (5 kids total) ages 15-12 and they loved it! Pool was large and heated and the hot tub was great at night after dinner. Beach towels are high end and replenished as needed. Work out room had a lot of equipment and there is tons of space all over the house for everyone to hang out. Will def recommend to others and hope to be back someday!
